We are stupid. We must be. Government officials around the world think so.
Romanian officials are now stating that dozens of dead birds in their country died from drinking too much. In the United States, birds must be over 21 to drink. Seriously, what are Romanian birds finding so thirst quenching that they could possibly drink themselves to death? Rather, what are Romanian officials thinking we are drinking to believe such a stupid excuse for the odd death of birds?
Birds and fish have been dying en mass, under seemingly odd circumstances, in a short period of time and throughout the world. Perhaps governments should begin to take the deaths seriously and truly investigate why these animals are dying. Or do they need humans to drop dead by the thousands to begin taking it seriously?
